Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has confirmed that he is not interested in the Bayern Munich job, per Evening Express.
What’s the word?
Of course, Mourinho was only appointed Spurs manager in November.

However, Bayern are without a permanent manager, with Hansi Flick currently their interim boss following the sacking of Niko Kovac.
It remains to be seen who the German giants will appoint to the role and Mourinho was asked about the possibility of it being him ahead of the meeting between the two clubs on Wednesday evening.
He said: “I don’t imagine myself at Bayern Munich only for one reason: I’m so happy with my job, I don’t look to the next step.
“I think I will leave Tottenham one day, when the owner Mr. Levy, eventually the supporters and the players wanted me to leave.
“Because I don’t think to leave at all. That’s the only reason I say I don’t see myself in such a big club like Bayern Munich.”
Money talks: How much did Levy pay for each of these Spurs stars?
Classy response
This is obviously a nonsense question.
Yes, Bayern are without a manager but, if he had really been interested, surely he wouldn’t have said yes to his current job.
However, Mourinho’s response is a classy one, talking up the role he does have and the potential of him remaining for the foreseeable future.
It certainly does appear that he is on something of a charm offensive since his move and this is yet more evidence.
Of course, results have improved in the Premier League too; a win over Wolves this weekend would only add some élan to his reply here.
Meanwhile, Spurs are scouting a Kosovo international ahead of the January transfer window.
