Steven Gerrard has named his Rangers starting XI for the crunch tie with FC Midtjylland, and the fans are very excited indeed.

The Gers go into tonight’s game at Ibrox with a healthy 4-2 lead over the Danes, but Gerrard isn’t taking any chances with his side. Alfredo Morelos is preferred up top to Jermain Defoe, who netted a hat-trick at the weekend.

Jon Flanagan is back again after impressing the Gers fans in last week’s victory in Denmark, while the rest of the side has a familiar look to it.

The Gers know that should they get through tonight’s match then they’ll face Legia Warsaw of Poland. The poles got past Greek side Atromitos last night to set up a mouth-watering potential tie with the 54-time Scottish league winners.

The fans are loving the full-strength side, although some would’ve liked Joe Aribo and Jordan Jones to get a start after their impressive beginnings to life at Ibrox.
