Palmer remained unavailable for Southgate's selection during the loss to Dorival Junior's Brazil side for unknown reasons, however, the Chelsea star has trained normally all week with the national team and will remain in contention for the clash against Belgium on Tuesday. Henderson will also be up for selection as per Southgate.

Speaking to the media after the Brazil match, Southgate said: "The two boys trained today, so they’ve come through that okay. So they should join the group that will train tomorrow [Sunday], so we’ll go from there with that.
"Tuesday, Belgium have played a different eleven, or close to, so they’re going to be a bit fresher. But similar to tonight, we’re talking about a high-level game, a brilliant experience for the players, a chance to see new players again, build towards the summer."

The two players are currently at very different stages in their international and club careers but could be equally as important for Southgate when he leads his side to Germany for Euro 2024. The tournament is likely to be Henderson's last major tournament with his country, while Palmer is still looking for his third cap with the Three Lions and seems almost certain to be a part of Southgate's squad for the tournament.
WHAT NEXT FOR PALMER AND HENDERSON?
It will remain to be seen if Southgate can call upon the duo when England takes on Belgium on March 26 in what will be their third-last friendly outing before they begin their Euro 2024 journey.
